Description

The PU food graded extraction hose is an ether-based hose built to food-grade specifications, featuring a rigid PVC spiral for anti-shock protection. It has a smooth inner bore and a corrugated exterior. This lightweight, flexible hose is highly resistant to abrasion and flexion, offering superior mechanical strength. It provides excellent durability against microbes, hydrolysis, ozone, weather influences, and most chemicals. Additionally, it is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and phthalate-free.

Temperature range: -40°C +80°C

Applications:
The EOLO PU extraction hose is specially designed for applications in the food industry, handling abrasive powders, grain and seed drilling. It resists microbes effectively and is suitable for granule drying, street cleaning, leaf collection, and paddock maintenance.

Standards: Compliant with FDA Regulation CFR 21 - Item 177.2600 for aqueous and fatty foods, this food-grade hose also meets the requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, and D2). For additional information, please refer to the Information Sheet.
